The Client
Czinger Vehicles – creators of the world’s first 3D-printed hypercar, engineered to outperform Ferrari.
The Challenge
Czinger approached BMRS with a complex packaging challenge for their hypercar. They required a lightweight, non-standard system for transferring critical fluids like oil and water lines. The goal was to efficiently cram a significant number of components into a very confined space within their revolutionary, 3D-printed vehicle. Off-the-shelf solutions wouldn’t suffice for their unique, space-constrained concept.
The Solution
BMRS embraced this exciting challenge through close collaboration with the Czinger engineering team. By strategically combining readily available custom fittings with the concept and creation of entirely new, bespoke fittings, we were able to optimize every millimeter of the available space. The resulting fluid transfer system met Czinger’s stringent lightweight requirements and successfully integrated a multitude of lines within the hypercar’s compact architecture.
