Mathew Arcoleo serves as an Engineer at BMRS, applying nearly a decade of integrated production and engineering expertise. Since joining in 2015, Mathew has supported cross-functional initiatives throughout the organization.

A graduate of UNC Charlotte with a background in mechanical engineering, Mathew thrives in BMRS’s dynamic environment, regularly transitioning between design, quality assurance, and production collaboration roles.

His versatile approach and long-term commitment make him an essential contributor to the company’s continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Penny Brown

Customer Service Director | Co-Founder, BMRS

Penny Brown serves as Customer Service Director and Co-Founder at BMRS, bringing nearly 30 years of racing industry expertise. After beginning her aerospace career in 1987 as a Design Drafter, Penny advanced to Application Engineering and Technical Sales before co-founding BMRS in 1999 alongside Wade Brown and Barry Miller.

Over the past 25 years, she has contributed to virtually every operational area, helping transform BMRS into a trusted name in professional motorsports worldwide.

Penny holds an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Vermont Technical College and focuses on customer engagement and developing innovative solutions for specialized racing applications. Outside of BMRS, she enjoys time with her husband and their growing family.

Wade Brown

Founder and Director of Product Development, Electrical

Wade Brown serves as Founder and Director of Electrical Product Development at Brown & Miller Racing Solutions (BMRS), bringing 25+ years of engineering expertise and racing passion to the motorsports industry. Since co-founding BMRS, Wade has combined technical innovation with hands-on leadership to establish the company as a globally recognized manufacturer of high-performance hose and fluid systems.

Previously, Wade developed his engineering foundation through extensive motorsports experience, building expertise in lightweight design, safety systems, and custom solution development. His technical knowledge and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in creating aerospace-grade products that meet the demanding requirements of elite racing teams across NASCAR, NHRA, and land-speed competitions.

Based in Concord, North Carolina, Wade has led BMRS’s expansion across the United States and United Kingdom, establishing the company’s reputation for delivering race-ready speed with uncompromising quality.

Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to supporting racing teams at every competition level, Wade maintains the philosophy that when BMRS components are installed, they become an integral part of each team’s success.

Andrew DeBarge

Customer Service Manager | Technical Specialist

Andrew DeBarge serves as Customer Service Manager at BMRS, bringing 20+ years of company experience and motorsports industry expertise. A NASCAR Technical College graduate with experience on Championship-winning USAC Racing Teams, Andrew understands high-performance racing demands from both engineering and competitive perspectives.

Throughout his BMRS career, Andrew has contributed across multiple operational areas, spearheading the Parts Department development and implementing the company’s inventory management systems.

Andrew excels at solving complex application challenges with technical expertise, rapid response capabilities, and exceptional product knowledge. Outside work, he’s a devoted husband and father to two young sons.

Greg Fedele

Chief Executive Officer

Greg Fedele serves as Chief Executive Officer at BMRS, leveraging 25+ years of executive leadership across aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing sectors. Since joining BMRS, Greg has focused on market expansion, operational excellence, and preserving the company’s collaborative culture.

Previously, Greg was Chief Financial Officer at Saab Inc., directing financial operations for Saab’s largest division outside Sweden. His leadership roles at DRT Aerospace, Rolls-Royce, and Pratt & Whitney demonstrate his expertise in strategic growth, financial transformation, and operational improvement.

Greg holds an MBA in Finance and Management and is recognized as an industry authority, having provided expert congressional testimony on aviation manufacturing policy reform. His leadership approach emphasizes innovation, integrity, and measurable results.

Currently, Greg serves as Treasurer and Board Member for WCNY Public Television in Syracuse, NY.

John Harper

Vice President, Sales and Marketing

John Harper leads Sales and Marketing at BMRS, combining 25+ years of company experience with lifelong racing passion. Originally trained as a software engineer, John joined BMRS in 2000 during its earliest stages and has grown through positions in assembly, testing, sales, and now executive leadership.

Previously, John worked with competitive race teams, winning the 2000 Super Dirt Cup at Skagit Speedway as crew chief for driver Ronnie Day. With four years in his current executive role, John is driving BMRS’s expansion into aerospace and defense markets.

When not advancing company initiatives, John and his wife Kelly enjoy life on their farm, attending equestrian events, and golfing at nearby courses.

Scott Hunter

Technical Sales Manager | Racing Industry Professional

Scott Hunter leads Technical Sales at BMRS, bringing 24+ years of hands-on motorsports experience. A NASCAR Technical College graduate and racer since age 15, Scott offers customers unique technical expertise combined with racing knowledge.

Previously, Scott worked as a supercharger specialist with John Force Racing and held roles in electrical systems, quality control, and facility maintenance. Since joining BMRS in 2005, he has contributed to an NHRA Championship and five USAC Championships while helping design safety-critical racing components.

Known for his “can’t say no” work ethic, Scott tackles challenges across departments—from technical problem-solving to HR policy development—with a focus on safety and performance excellence.

Christina Snead

Customer Service & Purchasing Manager

Christina Snead serves as Customer Service & Purchasing Manager at BMRS, bringing 28+ years of motorsports industry experience. Born into a racing family tradition now continuing with her son, Christina embodies the passion that drives motorsports excellence.

Previously, Christina spent 20 years (1997–2017) at Richard Petty Driving Experience, leading Customer Service, Merchandise Operations, and Inventory Management. Since joining BMRS in 2017, she has overseen manufacturing scheduling and client relationships across the racing industry.

Known for her positive attitude and results-oriented approach, Christina has been happily married since 2005 and is the proud mother of three children.

Stephen Crandall

Chief Financial Officer

Stephen serves as Chief Financial Officer at BMRS, bringing more than 16 years of progressive experience across a broad range of accounting and finance leadership roles. He leads the company’s financial strategy, oversees fiscal operations, and partners with executive leadership to strengthen performance, manage risk, and support sustainable growth.

Stephen is recognized for his strategic perspective and disciplined approach to execution. He emphasizes building efficient systems, improving processes, and developing high-performing teams that operate with a growth mindset. By translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, he helps guide informed decision-making across the organization.

Throughout his career, he has worked with both large enterprises and small, boutique firms, gaining extensive experience across multiple industries and diverse client environments. This breadth of exposure enables him to identify opportunities, streamline operations, and implement scalable financial solutions that deliver measurable results.

Outside of the office, Stephen enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and two dogs, enjoying sports of all kinds, getting outside, and traveling.

Rick White

Sales Manager – Tubing Division

Rick White serves as Sales Manager for the Tubing Division at BMRS, bringing 26+ years of specialized tube bending expertise. Since joining BMRS in February 2004, Rick has leveraged his technical knowledge to educate customers and deliver customized solutions that exceed expectations.

Previously, Rick worked as a production manager for an OEM truck parts tube bending company, building comprehensive industry experience since 1998. His career at BMRS has progressed from tube bender operator to shop manager before advancing to his current sales leadership role, where he has significantly expanded the company’s tubing business segment.

Rick holds an Associate’s degree in Business Management and specializes in application consulting that transforms customer challenges into innovative product solutions.

A team-oriented professional, Rick values BMRS’s collaborative culture focused on quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction—working alongside colleagues who share his commitment to excellence in product development and client service.
